Features

One plan for the decisions that shape race day

Coordinate fueling, equipment, packing, checklists, pacing, weather conditions, crew work, and coach collaboration instead of managing each in a separate tool.

Fueling & Hydration Planning

Set race-day carbohydrate, fluid, and sodium targets; build stage and section fuel plans; and keep your tested preferences visible while you plan.

Gear, Mandatory Kit & Checklists

Start with race-specific mandatory gear where it is verified, add your own equipment, track pack weight, and work through reusable checklists.

Crew, Drop Bags & Handoffs

Turn an idea into an operational plan with aid-station tasks, drop-bag contents, crew notes, and a printable handoff sheet.

Route & Pacing Analysis

Load a GPX route, inspect the elevation profile point by point, build editable splits, and see the terrain behind each decision.

Map + Profile Together

Keep a route map, selected position, checkpoints, and an elevation-coloured course view synchronized as you analyze the course.

Transparent Pace Planning

Model grade, terrain, heat, fatigue, planned stops, and your own calibration—then view moving and elapsed arrivals at any point.

Race-Week Conditions

Record weather and footing conditions, then review automatic race-week forecast refreshes with a visible source and timestamp.

Coach-Safe Collaboration

Share a plan with your coach, review route changes, bookmark race-ready versions, and keep an exportable route-change log.

How It Works

From first idea to race-day brief in three steps

Step 01

Start with the Race

Load a race template or start fresh, then apply your saved fueling, pacing, and equipment defaults in one click.

Step 02

Build the Details

Plan nutrition, gear, checklists, route pacing, conditions, and race-day stops in the same place.

Step 03

Brief Your Team

Share with a coach, create a clear crew handoff sheet, and carry a plan that stays readable when race day gets busy.

Built by a coach who races stage races.

Stage Race Planner was built by Jeremy Inabnit, an ultrarunning, strength, and nutrition coach who knows how many details can decide a multi-day event. After preparing for his first 250 km self-supported desert stage race, Jeremy moved from software development into coaching full time.

With a second-place finish at the 2023 Atacama Crossing and coaching experience across RacingThePlanet events, Marathon des Sables, and ultras worldwide, he built this planner for the work that happens well before the start line: pacing, fuel, hydration, gear, pack weight, and logistics.
